rosa chinesis. the "flower pick with me" series.

this one originally grew up in southwest china. throughout the years, its shown its true potential. yes, it does more than inspire beauty on its beholder

what it grew up to be.
it has come to the rescue for those in pain many times. how? it treats sprains, wounds, arthritis and even cancer. full of vitamins, it is a healthy, nutritious one.

what it appears to be.
now that you've come to know its personality and profession, you must desire to know what such a powerful flower can look like. without it being persuaded, it naturally becomes a busy shrub. but, with a little motivation, it can climb ten feet tall on its strong branch of a purplish hue.
the flower itself blooms into an intense pink, with delicate yet determined petals reaching out as a group. a few leaves accompany each flower for support.

what allows it to be.
it likes being in the spotlight of the sun in springtime, but can do with a little shade. no matter the soil of its upbringing, it thrives. one would say, a fairly easy going flower.

that's all for today but...hey, if you're a true botanist and want a copy, go and get it to hang in your own home!
